AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF POTIA, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, INTO LISTA AND CONFIRMING THE BARANGAY OF STA. MARIA, MUNICIPALITY OF LISTA, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, AS THE SEAT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LISTA

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Municipality of Potia is hereby changed to the Municipality of Lista.

Section 2. The present seat of the municipal government in the Barangay of Sta

Maria, Municipality of Lista, Province of Ifugao is hereby confirmed as the seat of the government of the Municipality of Lista.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval and its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
