[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6579, September 30, 1972 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF ZIGA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of Ziga Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Tabaco, Province of Albay, hereby increased from twenty-five beds to fifty beds.
Section 2
The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the maintenance of the said number of beds shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
