[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6574, September 30, 1972 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIANGA, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS LIANGA NATIONAL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a national emergency hospital in the Municipality of Lianga, Province of Surigao del Sur, to be known as Lianga National Emergency Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
