[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6572, September 30, 1972 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES, INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provincial hospital in the Municipality of Virac Province of Catanduanes, is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Catanduanes General Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of one million pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
