AN ACT CONVERTING SIARGAO COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIARGAO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, TO A GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS SIARGAO GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Siargao Community Hospital in the Municipality of Siargao, Province of Surigao del Norte, is hereby converted to a general hospital to be known as the Siargao General Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
