[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6503, June 17, 1972 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGKAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Tagkawayan, Province of Quezon, to be known as the Tagkawayan Emergency Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be provided by the municipal council of the said municipality in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and Maintenance in the subsequent fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
