[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6483, June 17, 1972 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DEL GALLEGO, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS DEL GALLEGO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Del Gallego, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as Del Gallego Emergency Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be determined by the municipal council of the Municipality of Del Gallego, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
Section 2
The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the Del Gallego Emergency Hospital during the fiscal year nine-teen hundred and seventy-two, including the purchase of lot and construction of buildings. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of said hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
