AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LIVESTOCK BREEDING STATION IN BARRIO LAOAC, MUNICIPALITY OF MANAOAG, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a livestock breeding station in Barrio Laoac, Municipality of Manaoag, Province of Pangasinan, which shall serve the western barrios of the Municipality of Binalonan, northern barrios of the Municipality of Urdaneta, and Municipality of Manaoag, all municipalities in the Province of Pangasinan.

Section 2

The sum of fifty thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of such station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the said station shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
