[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6467, June 17, 1972 ]
AN ACT CREATING A BRANCH OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, WITH PERMANENT STATION AT SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled;
Section 1
There is hereby created a branch office of the Register of Deeds in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro, which shall perform all the duties and functions of the register of deeds for the following municipalities: Sablayan, Rizal, Calintaan and Magsaysay.
Section 2
To carry out the provisions of this Act there is appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of fourteen thousand two hundred eighty pesos which shall be spent as follows:
| (a) Deputy Register of Deeds | P5,400.00 | | --- | --- | | (b) Clerk | 2,440.00 | | (c) Janitor Messenger | 2,440.00 | | (d) Sundry expenses | 4,000.00 |
Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of said branch office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
