[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6447, June 17, 1972 ]
AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Occidental Mindoro, is further amended to read as follows:
Occidental Mindoro, four assistant provincial fiscals;
Section 2
There is hereby authorized to be appropriated,It of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions created under this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
