AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF HAGONOY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HAGONOY, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO MAYOR EMILIO G. PEREZ MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
Section 1
The name of Hagonoy Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Bulacan is hereby changed to Mayor Emilio G. Perez Memorial Hospital.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
