[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6430, June 17, 1972 ]

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE TO PROVINCE OF DAVAO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Province of Davao del Norte is changed to Province of Davao del Norte is changed to Province of Davao.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
