[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6403, October 04, 1971 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR TWO ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, BY FURTHER AMENDING SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Surigao del Norte, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
Surigao del Norte, six assistant provincial fiscals;
Section 2
There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twenty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
