AN ACT AMENDING SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (RE PORT OF ENTRY AT MATI, DAVAO ORIENTAL).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

Section one of Republic Act Numbered Five thousand seven hundred sixty-five is amended to read as follows:

"Section 1. Mati in the Province of Davao Oriental is hereby made a port of entry under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs of Davao Oriental."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval on June 19, 1971.
