[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6348, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING URDANETA EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF URDANETA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Urdaneta Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Urdaneta General Hospital.
Section 2
In addition to the present appropriation for the Urdaneta Emergency Hospital, the sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
