[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6312, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF AURORA GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AURORA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Aurora General Hospital in the Municipality of Aurora, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby increased from seventy-five beds to one hundred fifty.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in addition to its existing appropriations, to carry out the provisions of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-two. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
