[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6273, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SHRIMP CULTURE AND A FARM DEMONSTRATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANDUBAS, PROVINCE OF SULU, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established and maintained under the supervision of the Philippine Fisheries Commission, a shrimp culture and farm demonstration station in the Municipality of Tandubas, Province of Sulu.

Section 2

The sum of sixty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy. Thereafter, the necessary amount shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of each year.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
