[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6271, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT MAKING THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLINAO PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, A SUB-PORT OF ENTRY, AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF A CUSTOMS SERVICE THEREIN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The Municipality of Bolinao, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby made a sub-port of entry under the jurisdiction of the collector of customs of Sual, that province.

Section 2

For the establishment, operation and maintenance of the customs service in the Municipality of Bolinao, there is hereby appropriated fifty thousand pesos out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval on June 19, 1971.
