[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6267, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT RESTORING CERTAIN BARRIOS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO THEIR FORMER MOTHER MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provisions of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-four hundred seventy-one, entitled "An Act creating the Municipality of San Rafael in the Province of Iloilo," to the contrary notwithstanding, the barrios of General Luna, Rizal, Ugasan, San Antonio, and Nueva Lavencion are hereby restored to the Municipality of Barotac Viejo, Province of lloilo, and the Barrio of Omio, to the Municipality of Lemery, same province.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
