[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6250, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT TRANSFERRING TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, THE OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN SAID MUNICIPALITY WHICH IT PREVIOUSLY DONATED TO THE MAMBUSAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The ownership and possession of Lots Nos

195, 196, 343, 848, 849, 850, 894, 6147 and 6149 of the Cadastral Survey in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz, which were previously donated to the Mambusao National Agricultural School by such municipality, are hereby transferred to the said municipality.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
