[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6230, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT CREATING BARRIO KAHUPI-AN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOGOD, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippinesin Congress assembled:
Section 1
The sitios of Bood Taas, Tabunan, Hap-on, Kabugua-an, Tigbawan, Lubong Sapa, Kahupian and Pangalkagan in the Municipality of Sogod, Province of Southern Leyte, are hereby constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Kahupi-an.
The proposed barrio of Kahupi-an shall be bounded as follows:

Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
