[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6228, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT CREATING BARRIO SANTA MARIA IN THE CITY OF IRIGA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippinesin Congress assembled:

Section 1

The sitios of Tubigan, Katungdulan, Bagacay, Sabang, Sampaga, Rao, and Cawayan in Barrio Santa Teresita, City of Iriga, are separated from said Barrio and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said city, to be known as Barrio Santa Maria.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
