[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6188, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF BATAC GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippinesin Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Batac General Hospital in the Municipality of Batac, Province of IIocos Norte, is hereby increased from fifty beds to one hundred beds.

Section 2

Such sums as may be needed for the operation of the additional facilities shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act:*Provided,* That no portion of the appropriation shall be transferred.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
