REPUBLIC ACT No. 6169
An Act Converting the Talavera High School in the Municipality of Talavera, Province of Nueva Ecija, to a National High School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Talavera High School in the Municipality of Talavera, Province of Nueva Ecija, is hereby converted to a national high school to be known as the Talavera National High School.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said high school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
