AN ACT TO RESTORE THE PENSION SYSTEM FOR THE AUDITOR GENERAL AND THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS AS PROVIDED IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT, AS AMENDED.

REPUBLIC ACT No. 6118

Section 1

Republic Act Numbered One thousand five hundred sixty-eight, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Three thousand four hundred seventy-three and Republic Act Numbered Three thousand five hundred ninety-five providing for the pension system for the Auditor General and the Chairman and Members of the Commission on Elections, is hereby re-enacted.

Section 2

The provision of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight, approved on June 17, 1967 or any other laws, in so far as they are inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect as of June 18, 1967.
