[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6091, August 04, 1969 ] AN ACT EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE PEOPLE'S HOMESITE AND HOUSING CORPORATION FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE PRESENT LIFE TERM ON JANUARY TWENTY-FOUR, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SIX. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

In order to enable the People's Homesite and Housing Corporation to continue its role as one of the Government's housing agencies, it is hereby given a period of another twenty-five years of existence to take effect immediately upon the expiration of its present life term on January twenty-four, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
