[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6087, August 04, 1969 ] AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT RECLASSIFYING THE POSITIONS, AND STANDARDIZING THE SALARIES OF INCUMBENT REGULAR AGENTS OF THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SERVICE, HEADQUARTERS, PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Forty-seven hundred live is hereby amended to read as follows: > "Section 1. The positions of Investigation Agents, Senior Investigation Agents, and supervising Investigation Agents of the Criminal Investigation Service, Headquarters, Philippine Constabulary, are hereby reclassified and their salaries standardized to conform with the following, concomitant with their designations and in consonance with the policy of the Government to upgrade the standard proficiency and inculcate police professionalism in the service:*Provided,*That such reclassification shall neither entail creation of new positions nor prejudice and affect the positions of incumbents:*And, provided, further,*that investigation agents and intelligence agents appointed after the effectivity of Republic Act Numbered Forty-seven Hundred and Five, who were not reclassified and standardized under the aforementioned Act shall be included herein: Provided, furthermore, That when the Wapco Classification and Pay plan are reached afterward, these same classes be correspondingly revised upward. | One (1) Deputy Chief, CIS for Investigation | ₱12,616.00 | | | | | | | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Seven (7) supervising investigation agents as chiefs of sections | ₱9,756.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum; | | | | | | | | | Seven (7) senior investigation agents as assistant chiefs of sections | ₱9,288.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum; | | | | | | | | | Twelve (12) senior investigation agents as agents-in-charge | ₱8,400.00 | each per annum; | Twenty (20) investigation agents III | ₱7,608.00 | each per annum; | Twenty-two (22) investigation agents II | ₱6,880.00 | | Twelve (12) senior investigation agents as agents-in-charge | ₱8,400.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum; | | | | | | | | | Twenty (20) investigation agents III | ₱7,608.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum; | | | | | | | | | Twenty-two (22) investigation agents II | ₱6,880.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum; | | | | | | | | | Twenty-four (24) investigation agents I | ₱6,240.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum; | | | | | | | | | Six (6) investigation agents I | ₱6,240.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum; | | | | | | | | | Thirty (30) investigation agents | ₱5,376.00 | | | | | | | | each per annum. | | | | | | | | Section 2. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of the savings of the Bureau or Office concerned such sums as may be necessary to implement this Act. Thereafter, the sums necessary for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, August 4, 1969.
