[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6081, August 04, 1969 ] AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BREEDING STATION IN THE CITY OF OZAMIS TO BE KNOWN AS THE OZAMIS BREEDING STATION AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the City of Ozamis, to be known as the Ozamis Breeding Station. Section 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
