[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6078, August 04, 1969 ] AN ACT ESTABLISHING A POST OFFICE AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TARRAGONA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established a post office and a telecommunications office in the Municipality of Tarragona, Province of Davao Oriental, under the direct supervision of the Postmaster General and the Director of Telecommunications, respectively.
Section 2
The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of each of said office. Thereafter such sums as may be necessary for their operation and maintenance shall be included in the General Appropriation Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
