Republic Act No. 6063

Upon the effectivity of this Act, the respective Judge and employee actually occupying any of the positions herein provided shall be entitled to the salary provided for said position without need of new appointment.

In addition to such sums as may be provided in the General Appropriations Act for the fiscal year 1968-1969, there is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the national treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act:*Provided,*That if savings are realized by the Court of Tax Appeals from its annual appropriations for the said fiscal year 1968-1969 and subsequent fiscal years, the adjustment of salaries provided for by this Act shall be implemented out of these savings. Thereafter, the same shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
