[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6062, August 04, 1969 ] AN ACT CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE OF SULU. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby created an additional position of municipal judge in the Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu. Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, appointment to the new position shall be made.
Section 2
Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
