REPUBLIC ACT No. 6050
AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Section 1. Appropriation of Funds
The following sums of so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the operation of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and seventy except where otherwise specifically provided:
"Sec. 49. Effective Date. This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine, except where otherwise provided."
