[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6046, August 04, 1969 ] AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE FIRST REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the First Representative District of the Province of Pangasinan is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district to be known as the Third Highway Engineering District of the Province of Pangasinan. The office of the highway engineering district shall be established in the Municipality of Alaminos, Province of Pangasinan.
Section 2
The third highway engineering district shall have a highway district engineer who shall have the qualification of a Supervising Civil Engineer I, and such other personnel who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
