AN ACT CREATING A HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT IN THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL TO COMPRISE THE THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Third Congressional District of Bohol shall be constituted into one highway engineering district comprising the towns of Valencia, Garcia-Hernandez, Jagna, Duero, Guindulman, Candijay, Mabini, Alicia, Sierra-Bullones, San Miguel, Ubay, Danao, Trinidad, Talibon, Jetafe Buenavista, Anda and Pilar, which shall be known as Second Highway Engineering District of Bohol, with headquarters in Guindulman, Province of Bohol,

Section 2

All existing laws or parts thereof, executive orders and administrative regulations contrary to the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
