[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5831, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL BOARD OF ANGELES CITY TO INCLUDE IN ITS ANNUAL BUDGET A REASONABLE APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR THE LIVING ALLOWANCE OF ITS PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The municipal board of Angeles City is hereby authorized to include in its annual budget a reasonable appropriation of money for the living allowance of its public school teachers. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 21, 1969.
