[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5786, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT EXCLUDING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND FROM THE FORBES PARK NO. 1 RESERVATION, CITY OF BAGUIO, TO BE LEASED TO THE BOY SCOUTS AND GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The parcel of land, situated in the City of Baguio and more specifically described hereinbelow, is hereby excluded from the Forbes Park Reservation No. 1:
"A parcel of land, portion of Lot 4, Residence Section "C" Forbes Park Reservation No. 1, Baguio City, bounded on the SK, along line 1-2, by Lot 8-New, along line 2-3, by Lot 37; on the S., along line 3-4, by Lot 8-A-2, all of plan Swo-5998 (Girl Scouts of the Philippines); on the SW., NW. and NE., along lines 4-5-6-7, by Remaining Portion of Lot 4, Res. Sec. "C", Baguio Townsite (Forbes Park No. 1) ; on the SE., E. and SW., along lines 7-8-9-.10-11-12-13-14, by South Drive; on the NW. and SW., along lines 14-15-16, by Lot 10, Res. Sec. "C", Baguio Townsite; and on the SW., along line 16-1, by Lot 8-New of plan Swo-5998 (Girl Scouts of the Philippines). Beginning at a point marked "1" being N. 17 deg. 44' EL, 421.23 m. from Triangulation Station, Baguio Townsite.

Section 2
The President of the Philippines is authorized to lease the same parcel of land for a period of twenty-five years and for a nominal sum of one peso1 to the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of the Philippines exclusively for purposes for which said organizations have been established :*Provided,* That said parcel of land shall not be sub-leased.
Section 3
Upon termination of the lease or purpose for which it was leased all the fixed assets and permanent improvements of the said parcel of land will automatically revert to the Government.
All the foregoing conditions shall be excluded in the lease to be executed by the President of the Philippines.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
