[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5781, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN (REPUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Item (e), subparagraph 11, for the Province of Catanduanes, page 424, paragraph "a", Title E, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-one hundred eighty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows:
> "(e) San Andres Seawall 110,000"
Section 2
Item 42, page 1211, paragraph "a", Title J, Section five of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
> "42. Port of Virac, Catanduanes, including shore protection 500,000"
Section 3
Item 107, page 1215, paragraph "b", Title J, Section five of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
> "107. Port of Calolbon, Catanduanes, including shore protection 200,000"
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
