[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5762, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STOCK FARM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a stock farm in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao del Norte. Section 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said farm during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
