[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5757, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GLAN NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. There shall be establish under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education a national school of fisheries in the Municipality of Glan, Province of South Cotabato, to be known as the Glan National School of Fisheries. Section 2. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and operation of the said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. The sum necessary for the operation and maintenance of the said school in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
