[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5742, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARUBCAN IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The title of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred twenty-one is hereby amended to read as follows: > "An Act creating the Municipality of Presentacion in the Province of Camarines Sur."
Section 2
Section one of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Barrios Dalhogan, Bagong Sirang, Maagnas, Ayugao, Pagsangahan, Pili, Cagnipa, Baligian, Bulalacao, Bitaogan, Buenavista, Lagha, Liwacsa and Parubcan are separated from the Municipality of Lagonoy, Province of Camarines Sur, and are constituted into a distinct and independent municipality to be known as the Municipality of Presentacion, same province, with the seat of government to be located at the site of the present Barrio Parubcan. > "Lamon and Malobago, which are sitios of Barrio Adiagnao, Municipality of San Jose, Province of Camarines Sur, are hereby returned to the said Municipality of San Jose. > "Barrio Panicuan is hereby returned to its former mother Municipality of Lagonoy, Province of Camarines Sur, so that the Panicuan River shall be the natural boundary between the municipalities of Presentacion and Lagonoy."
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
