[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5713, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT CONVERTING ZAMBALES PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL INTO ZAMBALES NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Zambales Provincial High School is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Zambales National High School, effective upon availability of funds.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said high school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
