[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5688, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Tanauan, Province of Batangas, to be known as Tanauan Breeding Station.
Section 2
The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said station, including the purchase of its site, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
