[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5652, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A POST OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. There is hereby established a post office with one postmaster and one letter carrier in the Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Surigao del Norte. Section 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
