[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5641, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAPAO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, TO STA. MONICA. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Municipality of Sapao,Province of Surigao del Norte, is hereby changed to Sta. Monica.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
