[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5637, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN OYSTER CULTURE AND DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CURRIMAO, PROVINCE OF 1LOCOS NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, an oyster culture and demonstration station in the Municipality of Currimao, Province of Ilocos Norte.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending nineteen hundred and sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
