[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5600, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT ESTABLISHING GREGORIO, AGLIPAY MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct administration and supervision of the Director of Public Schools, Gregorio Aglipay Memorial Elementary School in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.
Section 2
The Director of Public Schools is hereby empowered to promulgate rules and regulations for the proper implementation of the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, including the acquisition of site, construction, maintenance and operation, of Gregorio Aglipay Memorial Elementary School for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation, maintenance and management shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
