[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5578, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT CREATING BARRIO RABA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALUG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The sitio of Raba in the Municipality of Salug, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Raba. Said barrio shall be bounded as follows: > 1. NorthStarting from the corner of Lot No. 2904, thence to Lot No. 2903, 3362, 3363, 3409, 3405, and 3404; > > 2. Eastfollowing Guisapong Creek until it reaches its source. Thence from its source draw a straight line going south until it reaches the bank of the Mucas River; > > 3. SouthMucas River; > > 4. WestStarting from corner of Lot No, 2904, thence proceed going Southward, to Lot No. 2900, 2871, 2870, 2869, 2868, 2855, 2854, 285S. Thence draw a straight line until it reaches the bank of Mucas River. All areas within bounds of delineation, comprise the proposed barrio of Raba.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
