[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5551, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT CONVERTING NABUNTURAN PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS NABUNTURAN NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Nabunturan Provincial High School in the Municipality of Nabunturan, Province of Davao del Norte, is hereby converted into a national comprehensive high school and shall hereafter be known as Nabunturan National Comprehensive High School effective upon availability of funds.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of, any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in order to carry out the provisions of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
