[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5540, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative" Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Palawan, is further amended to read .as follows. > "Palawan, four assistant provincial fiscals; Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 21, 1969.
