[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5491, June 21, 1969 ] AN ACT CREATING SIX ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:.

Section 1

Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Isabela, is further amended to read as follows: "Isabela, ten assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
